On the night of May 7th to 8th (UTC), some users experienced slower-than-usual generations and intermittent failures across image, video, and 3D models. The underlying issue was coming from two of our upstream GPU/CPU providers; both have since restored normal service. Front-end services remained available throughout, and the vast majority of jobs were eventually completed.
